How can I cancel my order?

Below you find the explanation on how to cancel your order.

Non-delivered or non-collected orders 

If a client wants to inform Meubis that he/she wants to cancel an online order, it needs be done via the right of withdrawal model form. This form can be found at the bottom of the page 'Terms and Conditions'.

The client needs to fill in this form, sign it and send it via a registered letter to Meubis. Annulations via telephone will not be accepted.

These conditions only are applicable to online orders. Orders that were placed in the store are subject to the signed and agreed terms and conditions on the backside of your purchase order.


Delivered orders

Your online order can be exchanged within 30 days as long as everything is unopened in its original packaging. If the packaging has been opened, it is no longer exchangeable. This is only possible for products without a personal character, this means that tailored made sofas, mattresses, boxsprings cannot be returned. They can be returned if they have the size (standard 140x200 two-person bed and standard 90x200 one-person bed) and/or the color of the main photo of the product which can be found on our webshop.
