What does Meubis do with found objects?

Have you lost something? Don't worry, we'll help you find lost property. All items we find are kept in a secure area until we can return them to their owner.

Your item has been found. Now what?

Every day we collect found objects and list them on iLost while they are safely stored with us. If you see the item in the list, you have to go through a few more steps so we can check if you are the owner.

To avoid any misunderstandings, it is useful to describe some features in your claim, such as serial numbers, damages or unique labels, so we can verify them. Also mention where you lost the item (e.g. at the corner salons, the dining rooms or in the parking lot). If possible, send us a photo or proof of payment of the item to show that you are the owner.

After a successful check of the submitted data, our multilingual advisors will discuss with you when you can pick it up so that we can leave the item at the customer desk in the Meubis showroom.

Is your item still not found after 3 working days? Then, unfortunately, we haven't found it.

please take note! Passports, identity cards and payment cards are handed in at the police station of Maldegem, Industrielaan 10, 9990 Maldegem after 3 working days.
