Follow up on your order online

After paying for your order, there will automatically be made an account for you, in case you did not do this beforehand. On the page My Account you can check the status of your running order. The only thing that is left to do is activate the account, in case you did not have one before. 

Order status

Your order will be linked to a specific status so you can easily determine what is currently happening with your order. With every status update, you will receive a small confirmation email.

Below you will find the most common statuses:

  • New: your order has been received and will be processed by one of our experts.
  • Processing: your order has been processed by our expert and will now be produced and/or processed by our supplier.
  • Sent: your new furniture have been sent and will arrive shortly at your home.
  • Delivered: your new interior has been delivered.
