Have you decided to go for real leather instead of fabric? Or did you lose your heart to a puppy at the local shelter and are you now worried that that fabric sofa you ordered might cause problems? No worries, when ordering on our Meubis site you always have 30 days to change your mind. Within that time you can always contact us to return your products, no matter the reason.
Not happy about the shade of green of your coffeetable? No problem! The order that you placed on our webshop can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. You do have to make sure that the returned item is in the best possible condition. Preferably in the original packaging. After we receive your package we'll make sure to pay you your refund within 14 days. If you used a coupon to place the order, the coupon will be returned to you so you can use it later in time. The cost to return an item has to be paid by the customer, but you can always choose to make use of our pick up service for a fee of 50 euros.
Did you receive a damaged product? That’s never nice. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that accidents won’t happen but not to worry. We’ll fix the problem in no time. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org containing the following:
Our team will check if the damaged or missing parts are available and will send them to you as soon as possible. If they’re not stocked and readily available then we’ll place an order for them and will deliver them within the current delivery term of our supplier. The cost of returning a damaged or incomplete article is, of course, solely our responsibility.
